1. Order the voucher or gift card by e-mail or via the form above and if there is not what you were looking for contact us: we will find together a solution for you! If you want it is possible to insert a personalized message.

2. Pay for the voucher
we will send you a Nexi link from which you can proceed to make the payment in a few minutes. Otherwise, bank transfers are also accepted -
3. Receive the voucher
After paying you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the summary of your order, and as soon as payment is received you will receive the voucher in PDF format that you can print directly or if you prefer we will send it to the recipient.
Value of the voucher or gift card
The voucher has a value expressed in Euros, and is reported in the e-mail you will receive after completing the order. Whoever receives the voucher does not know what the amount of the "gift" is.
The value of the Gift Card is instead shown on the coupon.
Validity of the voucher and conditions
The voucher is valid until 31/12/2023 and is subject to availability at the time of booking request. The arrival date can be changed according to our cancellation policies. (rooms up to 14 days - tour up to 2 days)
The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable or convertible into cash.
